Driving, Tickets, and Impaired Driving

Without any intent to commit a crime, you may suddenly find yourself with a traffic ticket. If charged with impaired driving, penalties can be severe, and legal representation is important. You may also be sued if you injure someone.

  • If you are arrested, your person and vehicle may be subject to search. Even if not arrested, the officer may check for weapons, and confiscate contraband items in plain view.
